土豆汤

那天朋友T说起土豆汤,才想起来这也是小时候妈妈常做的一个菜。非常喜欢吃,但是离开家以后竟然就忘记了。“土豆”和“汤”这两样看起来不怎么般配,很少有人这么做。这个发明也多半是当年蔬菜品种缺乏压力下的急中生智。买来土豆,马上就做了一个。



做法很简单,葱姜蒜爆锅,土豆切小丁炒炒,放几个海米,加水煮烂,然后加蛋花香油就成了。和小时候吃的味道一模一样,面面的,很有土豆味儿,M也喜欢,以后会常做。

盛米饭的小碗是最近买的,红绿的小花纹,拙拙的,很是可爱。买回来发现上面贴了这么一个纸条:

刚才在网上查了查,『鉴定瓷器常用术语注释』里是这么说的:

44. 磨足:足边因伤损、垂釉不平或歪斜之故,而用砣王工具磨修光平(俗称“修脚”)

原来就是次品加工啊,怪不得才1块钱一个。放心了。

Funny. I was wondering how come they need a bowl for pedicure, and why they don't use a bigger container... The seller is so honest... but maybe it is better they don't put the tag there, not that many customers are familiar with ceramic making terms. I would just thought it is for pedicure and throw it away, and wouldn't even think of looking it up.

真奢侈呀。两个人,四个菜,两个汤。
虽然用的是次品碗,也够美的啦。更何况那个次品是在是好看呢。
